Refund Policy

We want you to love your Worn Famous gear. If you've ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
 

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition

• Free from any marks, damage, pet hair, or odours
   

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

​

We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you've ordered the wrong size, you can return the item for a refund and then place a new order in the size you'd prefer.​
